Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP/Techno-Functional consultant to join our global delivery team in India. The role focuses on designing and delivering ABAP-based solutions across ECC and S/4HANA, interfacing with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

You will lead a team, contribute to architecture reviews, and participate in project estimation and risk planning while adhering to SAP coding standards.

• 5–7 years of experience in SAP ABAP/Technical consulting.
• Ability to lead a team of 5 members and mentor juniors.
• Capable of writing detailed technical designs and architecture.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions with functional consultants.
• Experience on ECC and S/4HANA projects for global customers.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Understand requirements, create and review designs, validate architecture and ensure high service levels.
• Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
• Lead and mentor teams toward developing optimized, high-quality code deliverables and drive knowledge management.
• Contribute to building efficient programs and support clients’ digital transformation journeys.
• Demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and AGILE working practices.
• Provide trainings and share SAP best practices and coding standards.
• Create product backlogs, estimate user stories and plan sprints.

• Must have minimum 5 to 7 years of experience
• Ability to lead a team of 5 members
• Ability to write detailed technical designs
• Ability to speak to functional consultant and understand the business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Ability to work on both ECC and S/4HANA projects for customers across the globe
• At least 2 implementation or rollout experience
• SAP Certifications
• Proficient in all RICEF objects in core ABAP E.g.: Data Dictionary, All kinds of Reports and Programs, Enhancements, Forms (SAP Scripts, Smart forms, Adobe forms), Interfaces (BAPIs, IDOCs, APIs)
• Proficient in ABAP on HANA and S/4HANA Implementation or SoH (Suit on Hana) experience
• Experience in developing automation in SAP using ABAP
• Ability to learn the niche skills and upskill in short time
