Biopatrika is seeking a proactive Sample Logistics Coordinator to join our Bengaluru-based operations team. The role focuses on end-to-end logistics, ensuring on-time sample movement, cold chain compliance, and stakeholder coordination across cities.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with 0–1 year of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage MIS reporting and operational tracking. Laptop ownership is required to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Track samples from pickup to lab to prevent delays.
• Manage cold chain logistics.

• Handle logistics paperwork: shipping labels, invoices, delivery records, compliance.
• Resolve issues when shipments are delayed or go wrong.
• Maintain relationships with courier/logistics partners and ensure service quality.

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven professional to join our growing operations team as a Sample Logistics Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who can lead logistics operations end-to-end while driving efficiency, process excellence, and service quality across cities.

Key Responsibilities

• Track samples – From the moment a sample is picked up till it reaches the lab, they keep an eye on where it is and make sure it doesnt get delayed.
• Cold chain management
• Coordinate with everyone – communicate to courier partners, internal teams, and vendors to make sure pickups and deliveries happen smoothly.
• Handle paperwork – Shipping labels, invoices, delivery records, compliance, basically all the logistics paperwork.
• If a shipment is delayed or something goes wrong, step in and resolve it.
• Maintain good relationships with courier/logistics partners and ensure youre delivering quality service.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate fresher
• 0-1 years of experience
• Strong understanding of vendor management, field operations, and workforce coordination
• Own Laptop is a must
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MIS reporting and operational tracking and Excel
• Working knowledge of cold chain logistics and healthcare transportation standards
