Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; BSc preferred or healthcare experience helps.
• Experience in logistics coordination or diagnostic lab ops is advantageous.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills required.
• Basic computer literacy and documentation skills needed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming logistics calls and route to the appropriate team.
• Verify patient details on TRFs, check sample quality and quantity, and manage TRF scanning.
• Track approved reports, arrange printing, and organize reports by courier rounds.
• Coordinate sample pickup requests and dispatch local couriers promptly.
• Follow up with technical departments regarding pending reports.
• Ensure NABL-compliant processes, including temperature monitoring and documentation.
• Collect, organize and store TRFs daily as per protocols.
• Coordinate inter-laboratory material supply and transportation.
• Coordinate home visit requests received through the application.
• Supervise night-shift logistics operations.
• Coordinate bus transportation for sample pickup and ensure timely dispatch.
• Manage staff duty schedules and shifts.
