Job summary

Accenture is seeking a SAM Senior Analyst in Bengaluru to join the Software Engineering team. You will collaborate on the SAM_India Ops project, handling entitlements, license metrics, and contracts while working with major publishers and SAM tools.

Responsibilities include creating license overviews, managing license requests, validating deployments, and delivering reports. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in software licensing and SAM tools
• Proficient in creating entitlements, license overview reports and contracts
• Hands-on with ServiceNow SAMPro, Flexera, SNOW Licence Manager

Responsibilities

• Competent on two Tier 1 publishers (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, VMware, SAP) and two Tier 2 publishers (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Quest, Autodesk, etc.)
• Hands on experience on ServiceNow SAMPro / Flexera / SNOW SLM
• Experience in publisher contracts, license metrics and product use rights
• Creation of entitlements, license overview reports and contracts
• Handling software license requests and performing technical validation
• Proficient in creating IBM Sub-Capacity Mainframe ELP reports and Oracle DB server/Options ELP reports
• Experience with SAM tools (ServiceNow SAMPro, Flexera, SNOW License Manager)
• Excellent communication skills; MS Office Excel & PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a team environment
