Job summary

Ethnix Salons in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Salon Manager to lead daily operations, provide thorough client consultations, and maintain premium service standards.

You will mentor staff, handle conflicts, schedule and evaluate performance, and implement strategies to attract and retain clients while ensuring outstanding customer care.

• Staff management: Handling conflicts and fostering a positive team environment, taking care of staff's well-being and professional development, conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback etc.
• Ensuring the salon runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
• Implementing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing excellent service.
