Job summary

Nail Gallery in Pune seeks a hands-on Salon Manager to run day-to-day operations, oversee bookings, stock controls, and rosters, and guard guest experience with proactive service recovery.

You will lead and train the technician team, ensure health and safety standards, and report to the owners remotely while maintaining our Lookbook and colour library integrity.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Computer literacy: booking software, spreadsheets, tablet systems
• Background in beauty, nails or spa is strongly preferred—management or senior technician level
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a salon, spa or hospitality setting
• Hospitality mindset: warm, composed under pressure, guest-first
• Honest, organised and commercially aware, with the maturity to take ownership with minimal supervision

• Own the guest experience end-to-end, including graceful service recovery when things go wrong

• Take ownership as the owners' on-site representative, with clear and regular reporting

Role & responsibilities

This is a hands-on floor-management role. As Salon Manager, you will run Brand day-to-day and be the guardian of the guest

experience, reporting to the owners remotely. You will lead and train the technician team, manage bookings, inventory and

rosters, uphold our health and service standards, and make sure every guest leaves happier than when they arrived including

when something needs to be put right.
