Job summary

SalonNaukri in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive studio manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate appointments, and maintain high standards of service and hygiene.

You will supervise beauty, nail/lash and front-desk staff, monitor attendance and performance, and ensure smooth client flow while addressing routine concerns.

The role requires coordinating with the owner on staffing, inventory, onboarding, and upholding a professional, positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise beauty, nail/lash and front-desk staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and adherence to assigned responsibilities.
• Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth client flow.
• Maintain service quality, hygiene and overall studio standards.
• Monitor daily sales, services performed, targets and basic performance reports.
• Coordinate with the owner regarding staff performance, operational issues and pending decisions.
• Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Address routine client concerns and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain coordination between the front desk and service team.
• Support staff in achieving service, client-handling and performance expectations.
• Monitor basic inventory/consumables and highlight replenishment requirements.
• Assist with staff onboarding and ensure employees understand studio procedures.
• Maintain a professional, positive and disciplined work environment.
