Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Gurgaon. The Salesperson will engage with customers on the retail floor, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and experiences from Soul Foods' diverse offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming customers, explaining product features and origin, assisting with upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role involves maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the store and kitchen teams, and handling basic billing or order support as required. The Salesperson will also support promotional activities, gather customer feedback, and contribute to creating a warm, premium, and memorable in-store experience.
