Qualifications

Job Title: SFDC Manual Tester

Location: ALL BSL

Experience: 4-7 Years

Desired Profile:

• 4-7 years of experience with 3+ years of hands‑on experience testing Salesforce.com (Marketing, Service or Community Cloud platforms).
• Experience testing apex/triggers/process builder flows/approvals/workflows/visualforce and lightning components on the Salesforce platform.
• Ability to identify appropriate test cases for automation and implement test automation in existing Selenium / Provar/ Cucumber Frameworks.
• Knowledge of testing APIs in SFDC.
• Knowledge on Waterfall and Agile Methodology & Software Testing Lifecycle.
• Experience with defect management tools like ALM, JIRA or Azure.
• Ability to analyze defects and provide root‑cause analysis.
• Experience in creation and execution of test scenarios, test cases and test data.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in customer and stakeholder interaction.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies and systems.
