Serendipity Corporate Services is seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to guide a team of developers in Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Mumbai. You will architect scalable Salesforce solutions, drive complex builds, and ensure best practices across security and integration.

You will mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and work with stakeholders to shape technical roadmaps. Strong leadership and deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce and JS are essential.

Formación

• 8+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Innovator Badge.
• Hands-on experience in Agentforce POCs.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and various integration technologies.
• Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience Cloud
• Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles in Salesforce.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II
