Serendipity Corporate Services in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Salesforce Tech Lead to architect scalable Salesforce solutions, mentor developers, and drive end-to-end delivery across deployments.

You will oversee design, code reviews, security and data modeling, partner with stakeholders, and stay ahead of Salesforce innovations to optimize performance and reliability.

Qualifications

8+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer II.
Proven leadership in Salesforce projects.
Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC and JavaScript.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
Architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce enhancements and new builds.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.
Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post- launch support
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technical teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps
Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and security of Salesforce applications.
Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies and trends, recommending strategic adoption.
Act as a technical subject matter expert for Salesforce, providing guidance and expertise on complex issues.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge
Hands-on Experience in Agentforce POCs
Proven experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.
Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration technologies
Clouds : Sales, Service , Experience Cloud
Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles in Salesforce.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for both technical and non-technical audiences
Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II
Work Experience Required: 7+ Year
