Job summary

Serendipity Corporate Services seeks a senior Salesforce Architect to lead a product-driven team across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience). You will design scalable solutions, drive architecture, and mentor developers, ensuring security, performance, and delivery excellence.

The role requires deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript, plus strong leadership and communication skills to align technical strategies with business goals across India locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge
• Hands-on Experience in Agentforce POCs
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration technologies
• Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles in Salesforce.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II
