Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design for enterprise implementations.
• Translate business requirements into high-level architecture and detailed designs.
• Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and platform capabilities.
• Define and implement integration architectures using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Architect data models, security frameworks, and sharing models ensuring compliance and scalability.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, coding standards, and best practices.
• Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, and system scalability improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, product, and engineering.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and technical teams.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Act as a technical SME and escalation point for complex Salesforce programs.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect who can lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

This role demands deep expertise across Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, data modeling, and security, along with the ability to transform business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Good to Have:

• Salesforce Architect Certifications (CTA / System Architect / Application Architect)
• Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
• Exposure to enterprise integration platforms (MuleSoft or equivalent)
• Knowledge of data migration, ETL processes, and large data volumes
• Experience working in global delivery environments
