Qualifications

• 7–12 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL.
• Lead technical discussions and design reviews.
• Guide development teams on architecture and best practices.
• Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support project planning, effort estimation, and risk management.
• Act as the primary technical contact for Salesforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions.

• Participate in estimations, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities, guiding development teams while ensuring best practices, scalability, and high-quality delivery.

This role requires hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, integrations, Lightning components, and solution design, along with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders.
