Job summary

Ensetu Solutions in Pune, Maharashtra is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design and delivery of Service Cloud and Field Service solutions. The role requires strong architectural skills and hands-on expertise in data modeling, security, and integrations.

You will collaborate with Business, IT, QA, Support and Operations to design scalable solutions, oversee UAT, releases, and post-production activities, and mentor a growing team of Salesforce specialists.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with Service Cloud and Field Service.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions including data modeling and integrations.
• Strong requirement gathering, stakeholder management and UAT delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud & Field Service.
• Lead requirement gathering, process mapping, user stories and solution design.
• Architect solutions involving automation, integrations, security, data models & reporting.
• Work closely with Business, IT, QA, Support and Operations stakeholders.
• Provide SME expertise in Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Knowledge, SLA & Service Console.
• Design Field Service covering Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatch, Territories & Mobile Workforce.
• Support development, UAT, releases, change requests and post-production activities.
