Job summary

Agilisium in Hyderabad / Chennai is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead architecture, design, and integrations, with strong hands‑on in Agentforce.

You will design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce, guiding development with Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of Salesforce experience with strong architecture/solution design.
• Agentforce experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud and Salesforce architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP, Platform Events, CDC, MuleSoft.

Responsibilities

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of Salesforce experience with strong architecture/solution design experience.
• Agentforce experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP, Platform Events, CDC, MuleSoft, and integrations.
• Experience with SFDX, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Copado/Gearset is preferred.
• Salesforce Architect certification is a plus.

Good to Have:

Experience in Healthcare/Pharma, Vlocity/Industries, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM, and MuleSoft.
