Job summary

dentsu is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce Core technologies, FSC, Data Cloud, and solution architecture.

The role requires hands-on end-to-end architecture experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing implementations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce implementation.
• 4–5 years in a Solution Architect role.
• Expertise in Salesforce Core technologies: Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience defining end-to-end Salesforce architectures.
• Mandatory experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong understanding of FSC data models and processes.

Must Have

• Over 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, with at least 4–5 years in a Solution Architect role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Core technologies including:

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Hands‑on experience defining end-to-end solution architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce FSC data models, business processes, and industry best practices.
