Job summary

Process360 Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to define and design scalable Salesforce architectures for complex implementations.

You will engage with customers and presales teams, set guidelines, and lead delivery teams, conducting architecture reviews and sharing knowledge internally and with clients. Strong communication with C-level executives is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Solution architecture experience as a Salesforce Solution architect.
• Hands-on project delivery experience of at least 5 years for enterprise customers.
• Total experience of 10-15 years with at least 5 years of Salesforce experience.
• Must have Salesforce Certification(s). At least 1 Architect certification preferred.
• Sound understanding of SDLC, Agile/DevOps methodologies and Salesforce DX.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business requirements and proposed solutions to define and design optimal Salesforce solutions architecture
• Define the guidelines and best practices for architecting and designing Salesforce solutions
• Engage with Presales team for RFP reviews, support on solution design recommendations, effort estimations, proposal reviews and present solution proposals and demonstrations.
• Participate and support in design and development of pre-built solutions
• Engage with delivery teams and support on project implementations to define and design effective Salesforce solutions, provide architectural guidance and conduct solution reviews
• Architect robust solutions based on recommended best practices considering high performance, security, scalability and future upgrades/enhancements
• Conduct architecture reviews to validate solution design, recommend changes to align to desired business or technical objectives
• Develop deep functional and technical understanding of Salesforce products and solutions. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills on Salesforce products and solutions
• Conduct Solution architecture sessions for internal teams to share knowledge internally
• Conduct Solution architecture sessions for customers to showcase our skills and capabilities

Define and design solution architecture for Salesforce solutions and project implementations. Conduct solution architecture reviews and recommend best practices for design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Prerequisites

• Highly motivated resource with excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Experience of presenting to senior leaders and C-level execs
• Solid technical and functional knowledge across Salesforce products and solutions
• Experience of architecting robust highly scalable, high performance Salesforce solutions integrated with other enterprise solutions like ERP, HCM, Middleware, Data warehousing, BI/AI
• Solid understanding of integration tools and methods
• Minimum 3 years of Solution architecture experience as a Salesforce Solution architect
• Hands‑on project delivery experience of at least 5 years and with large end‑to‑end project implementations for enterprise customers
• Total Experience of 10-15 years with at least 5 years of Salesforce experience
• Must have Salesforce Certification(s). At least 1 Architect certification preferred
• Sound understanding of SDLC, Agile/DevOps methodologies and Salesforce DX
• Team player. Works collaboratively with sales, presales and delivery teams

Desired Skills And Experience

• Experience of other enterprise class solutions like ERP, HCM, Middleware, DW, BI/AI
• Experience of working / integrating with other Salesforce products e.g. Einstein Analytics, Mulesoft, Heroku, Tableau
• Experience of working and engaging with customers in Europe, Middle East and India regions
• Experience in Financial Services, Health, Government, Retail/CG industries preferred
• Highly aware of industry trends and latest developments on CRM solutions
