The role below is for a customer-facing Salesforce Solution Architect / Solution Consultant with 10–12+ years of experience, centering on understanding client needs, shaping Salesforce-based solutions, and delivering compelling product

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of experience in Salesforce solution consulting or architecture roles.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and core platform capabilities.
• Excellent customer-facing presentation and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data models.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business objectives, pain points, and success criteria.
• Translate customer requirements into Salesforce-based solution architectures and patterns.
• Act as a trusted advisor by recommending Salesforce solutions aligned with customer goals and industry best practices.

Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-facing Salesforce Solution Architect / Solution Consultant with 1012+ years of experience who excels at understanding client needs, shaping Salesforce-based solutions, and delivering compelling product and solution demonstrations

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and sales—focused on solution articulation, demos, and value storytelling rather than hands-on delivery ownership.

Customer Solutioning & Advisory

• Engage with customers to understand business objectives, pain points, and success criteria.
• Translate customer requirements into Salesforce-based solution architectures and patterns
• Act as a trusted advisor by recommending Salesforce solutions aligned with customer goals and industry best practices.
• Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce adoption, optimization, and scalability.

Product & Solution Demonstrations

• Deliver high-impact Salesforce product and solution demonstrations.
• Tailor demos to specific customer scenarios, industries, and business use cases.
• Build and maintain demo environments, sample data, and storytelling assets.
• Clearly articulate solution value and business outcomes.

Pre-Sales & Sales Enablement

• Partner with sales teams during pre-sales cycles including discovery and solution positioning.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, solution decks, and proof-of-concepts.
• Assist in defining solution scope, estimates, and implementation approaches.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–12+ years of experience in Salesforce solution consulting or architecture roles.
