Job summary

Agilysis Global It Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud QA Tester in Mumbai to ensure high-quality Salesforce Service Cloud implementations through thorough testing and defect management. You will work in an Agile team, create and execute test plans, and contribute to test automation while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field and 2+ years of hands-on QA experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, with strong manual

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans/cases for Salesforce Service Cloud features (Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Lightning).
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing; log/track defects (e.g., Jira) and validate data with SOQL.
• Collaborate with teams and participate in Agile ceremonies; contribute to test automation.

Role Overview

Join our team as a Salesforce Service Cloud QA Tester. Ensure high-quality Salesforce Service Cloud implementations through thorough testing, defect management, and Agile collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans/cases for Salesforce Service Cloud features (Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Lightning, etc.).

Requirements
