Runmap Infotech Private Ltd. invites an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Developer to join as a remote full-time/contract specialist.

You will work on hands-on Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, Service Cloud customization, integrations, and automation to optimize case management and omnichannel workflows. The ideal candidate has 6–9 years of hands-on experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a track record of delivering scalable Salesforce

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud apps.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Visualforce components as needed.
• Configure Service Cloud features: Cases, Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, Email-to-Case, Omni-Channel.
• Build automation with Salesforce Flows and declarative tools.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Work with SOQL, SOSL, custom objects, validation rules, and security models.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support production.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Developer with 6–9 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Service Cloud customization, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce components as required.
• Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as Cases, Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, Email-to-Case, and Omni-Channel.
• Build automation using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
• Work with SOQL, SOSL, custom objects, validation rules, and security models.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and resolve defects.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 6–9 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Email-to-Case.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, governor limits, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce deployment tools, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or similar deployment tools.
• Knowledge of Experience Cloud or other Salesforce clouds.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
