Job summary

JRD Systems is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, integrations, and CI/CD deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Customize and configure Salesforce apps including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, with robust security models.
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and adhere to governor limits and best practices.
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD, release management, and metadata deployments with Copado, GitHub/GitLab/Jenkins.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, integrations, automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, and best practices to support business requirements and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities and Impact

• Platform Customization & Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Application Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products as required. Maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and robust security models.
• Integrations: Build and support complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third‑party tools.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, architects, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Code Reviews & Performance: Perform rigorous code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure strict adherence to Salesforce development and governor limit best practices.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, and system enhancements.
• Advanced CI/CD & Release Management :
• Drive release management, deployment planning, and advanced CI/CD pipeline implementation (utilizing tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
• Leverage Copado for end‑to‑end release management, version control synchronization, and metadata deployments.
• Documentation: Create technical documentation, design specifications, and support materials. Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and recommend continuous improvements.

What We Are Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Core Technical Expertise:
• Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce
• SOQL/SOSL and advanced Salesforce Flows
• Salesforce Security & Sharing Model
• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
• Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Platform Events)

DevOps & Tooling:

• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with deployment and DevOps tools including Copado (including Copado Robotic Testing and automated pipelines), Salesforce DX, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Methodology: Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, platform optimization techniques, and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.
• Additional certifications such as Administrator, App Builder, Integration Architect, or Application Architect.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ.
• Advanced knowledge of DevOps engineering practices and automated CI/CD pipeline orchestration.
• Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
