Job summary

Charter Global is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer to design, develop, and deploy Service Cloud solutions. You will work on Console, Omnichannel, Case Management, Knowledge, and CTI integrations, building scalable Apex, LWC, and Aura components.

You will integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers in an Agile environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6-10 years of hands-on Salesforce Developer experience with Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (workflows, process builder, flows, objects, fields, validation rules).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata API).
• Familiarity with deployment tools and methodologies for Salesforce (e.g., Copado).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer to play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of our Service Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, a strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations, and a passion for building scalable and robust solutions that enhance our client and agent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on Service Cloud features such as Console, Omnichannel, Case Management, Knowledge, and CTI integrations.
• Write robust, scalable, and efficient Apex code, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components.
• Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other relevant technologies.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, QA, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in release management, change management, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with significant experience in Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (workflows, process builder, flows, custom objects, fields, validation rules, permissions).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata API).
• Familiarity with deployment tools and methodologies for Salesforce e.g Copado
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
