Our client is migrating all service operations to the Juniper Salesforce Service Cloud instance from the HPE Salesforce Service Cloud instance

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Service Cloud features (Cases, Flows, Omni-Channel, Knowledge).
• Implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Configure automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs.
• Support deployments, bug fixes, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with architects, admins, and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

SKILLS

Must have

• 5-8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Salesforce Marketing Developer or Salesforce MuleSoft Developer knowledge
