Job summary

PwC India is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Revenue Cloud professional to lead the design and implementation of Agentforce Revenue Management and Billing solutions in Hyderabad. You will translate complex Quote-to-Cash requirements into scalable configurations and work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end revenue solutions.

Role requires hands-on ARM/Revenue Cloud experience, CPQ/Billing familiarity, and a passion for mentoring juniors while staying current with platform releases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of overall Salesforce implementation experience.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on ARM/Revenue Cloud implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Revenue Management and Billing capabilities.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end ARM/Revenue Cloud implementation is preferred.
• Salesforce CPQ/Billing certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentforce Revenue Management and Billing solutions.
• Translate Q2C requirements into Salesforce configurations and designs.
• Configure Revenue Management across products, pricing, quotes, contracts, orders, assets, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with business, integration, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Own requirements from analysis through deployment and mentor juniors.
• Troubleshoot Revenue Management and Billing issues and propose solutions.
• Support integration between Salesforce and ERP, tax, payment, and billing systems.
• Follow Salesforce best practices and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Stay current with Revenue Cloud capabilities and platform releases.

Total and Relevant Years of Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of overall Salesforce implementation experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on implementation experience with Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) / Revenue Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with Revenue Management and Billing capabilities is required.
• Experience participating in at least one end‑to‑end ARM / Revenue Cloud implementation is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Billing is an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and implementation of Agentforce Revenue Management and Billing solutions.
• Understand customer Quote-to-Cash requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce configurations and solution designs.
• Configure and implement Revenue Management capabilities across product, pricing, quoting, contracting, ordering, assets, invoicing, and billing.
• Work with business, functional, integration, and technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end Revenue Management solutions.
• Independently own assigned requirements from analysis and design through configuration, development, unit testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex Revenue Management and Billing issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support integration design between Salesforce and downstream ERP, finance, tax, payment, and billing systems.
• Follow Salesforce implementation best practices and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform standards.
• Mentor junior team members and provide functional/technical guidance where required.
• Stay current with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management capabilities and platform releases.

Key Skills

• Hands‑on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) / Revenue Cloud.
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end Quote-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, including product configuration,
• Experience configuring and implementing product catalog, product bundles, pricing, discounts, product configuration, and quote management.
• Hands‑on experience with contracts, amendments, renewals, subscriptions, orders, and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with ARM Billing, including billing configuration, invoice generation, billing schedules, adjustments, taxation, and related billing processes.
• Understanding of the integration between Revenue Management, Billing, CRM, ERP, tax, and financial systems.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce Revenue Management solutions.

Certification & Educational Requirements

• Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced Certification Preferred.
• Salesforce certifications relevant to Revenue Cloud / Revenue Management Preferred.
• Salesforce CPQ certification or equivalent CPQ experience Good to have.
• Salesforce Platform Developer / Administrator certifications Good to have.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
