Job summary

Deloitte US-India Offices is seeking a Salesforce Billing Consultant to deliver complex Billing/Revenue Cloud solutions across order-to-cash processes. You will work with CPQ, billing schedules, invoices, and payments, with strong focus on integration and data integrity.

The role requires 4+ years of Salesforce experience, CPQ and Q2C expertise, and excellent communication. Based in India (Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai options) with a collaborative, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of Salesforce experience with focus on Billing/Revenue Cloud.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Billing, CPQ, and Q2C processes.
• Strong configuration skills: Flows, automation, approvals.
• Apex/SOQL, Lightning components, and web services integration.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft preferred.
• Understanding of subscription and usage-based billing models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize Salesforce Billing solutions across the Q2C cycle.
• Configure CPQ, orders, invoices, and revenue streams.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with business teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Qualification

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications

• 4 years of overall Salesforce experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing / Revenue Cloud Billing
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle
• Experience with:
  • Salesforce CPQ
  • Orders, Order Products, and Amendments
  • Billing Schedules, Invoicing, Payments, and Credits
• Strong Salesforce configuration skills (Flows, Process Automation, Approval Processes)
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components (hands-on or good understanding)
• Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
• Strong understanding of subscription-based and usage-based billing models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Agentforce Revenue Cloud Billing
• Salesforce Certifications (any of the following preferred):
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist
  • Revenue Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
• Experience in Telecom, Media, SaaS, or Subscription-based business models
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models

Education
