Job summary

Digicloud is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to oversee implementation, customization, integration, and delivery projects. You will handle planning, stakeholder coordination, team management, and ensure timely, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, defining scope and timelines, coordinating with developers, admins, BAs, QA, and architects, and managing Agile ceremonies and risks to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with Salesforce project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its implementation lifecycle.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Familiar with Salesforce integrations, APIs, Apex, and LWC.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum and SDLC experience.
• Proficient in Jira/Confluence for project mgmt.
• Excellent client communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects from requirements to post-go-live support.

We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to manage Salesforce implementation, customization, integration, and delivery projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder coordination, team management, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects from requirement gathering to implementation and post-go-live support.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Technical Architects.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, progress tracking, and project reporting.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.
• Oversee Salesforce configuration, customization, integration, testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Prepare project status reports and manage escalations.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience, including Salesforce project management or project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its implementation lifecycle.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Strong client communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification.
• Experience working with IT services or consulting companies.
