Job summary

Techila Global is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives for global clients. You will blend strong project management with deep Salesforce platform knowledge to deliver secure, scalable solutions in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce PM experience.
• End-to-end delivery leadership and client collaboration.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure.
• Understand Salesforce platform, object relationships, data modelling, and security within governor limits.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies; coordinate with Architects, Developers, Administrators, QA, and business teams.
• Manage release and deployment using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD across environments.
• Deliver projects in an Agile/Scrum environment; facilitate ceremonies.
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and metrics using JIRA; ensure reporting and governance.
• Manage UAT, deployment planning, release management, and post-production support.
• Act as the primary client-facing contact; manage senior stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with global onshore and offshore teams to drive delivery excellence.
• Knowledge of AI, Agentforce and Einstein Analytics is a plus.

This role blends strong project management expertise with deep technical understanding of Salesforce platforms, including Sales cloud, Service cloud, experience cloud to deliver secure, scalable and high quality solutions in Agile environments.

Experience

• One with 8+ years: Salesforce PM who can lead the end to end delivery and client collaboration on day-to-day activity/progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end to end Salesforce project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and EY delivery standards
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, object relationships, data modelling, and security within Salesforce governor limits.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Administrators, QA, and business teams.
• Manage Salesforce release and deployment activities using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git based version control, and CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
• Deliver projects in an Agile/Scrum environment, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and metrics using JIRA, ensuring transparent reporting and governance.
• Manage UAT, deployment planning, release management, and post-production support.
• Act as a primary client facing point of contact, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills while managing senior stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with global, cross functional teams across onshore and offshore models to drive delivery excellence .
• Good to have knowledge on AI, Agentforce and Einstein Analytics.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation or transformation projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project tracking tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong risk, budget, and resource management capabilities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce release management and deployment processes.

Preferred Qualifications
