SaasWorx in Noida is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Project Manager to oversee the delivery of Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. You will manage the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and Salesforce consultants to deliver business solutions that align with organizational goals, while leading cross-functional teams and guiding risk management

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects, including implementations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies: Agile and Waterfall.

Responsabilidades

• Project Planning & Execution: define scope, deliverables, plans, milestones, resources, and risks.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects to meet client expectations and timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: guide cross-functional teams of developers, consultants, analysts, and SMEs.
• Risk and Issue Management: identify, address, and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans.
• Quality Assurance: oversee testing, UAT, and smooth deployments.
• Budget and Resource Management: manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Post-Implementation Support: coordinate post-launch support and knowledge transfer.

Job Summary

• Project Planning & Execution
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans outlining project schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and risks.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations and are completed on time.
• Stakeholder Management
• Possess strong account and stakeholder management skills.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and executives, to ensure a clear understanding of project progress and issues.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops with internal teams and clients.
• Team Leadership & Coordination
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of Salesforce developers, consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team members meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Risk and Issue Management
• Proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
• Develop contingency plans and ensure the mitigation of risks impacting project timelines, costs, or quality.
• Quality Assurance
• Oversee the testing phase of Salesforce implementations, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment.
• Budget and Resource Management
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Optimize resource allocation and align team members with project requirements.
• Post-Implementation Support
• Coordinate post-launch support, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly.
• Ensure successful knowledge transfer to internal teams for ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects, preferably with a mix of implementation, optimization, and integration experience.
• Skills & Competencies
• Demonstrate proven account mining skills.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a strong focus on project delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and MS Project.
• Certifications
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification (preferred).

Candidates will be working out of Noida and anywhere else, subject to the organization's requirements.
