Job summary

Grazitti Interactive is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and support projects. You will own project planning, delivery, stakeholder management, and team coordination to ensure on-time, in-scope results.

You will drive risk management, governance, and seamless production transitions while coordinating with offshore/onshore teams and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with significant Salesforce project management exposure.
• End-to-end Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or managed services experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, Marketing, or Data Cloud; integrations and deployments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Proven track record in governance, RAID, and budget/resource tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation through deployment and transition to support.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate kick-offs, status meetings, sprints, governance reviews, and steering committees.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, and deployments including UAT and production transition.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and governance artifacts.
• Ensure alignment with business requirements and Salesforce best practices; manage budgets and capacity.
• Coordinate offshore/onshore teams and support estimation, proposals, and presales when needed.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The role will be responsible for project planning, delivery, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk management, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation through deployment and transition to support. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams including Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, sprint ceremonies, steering committee meetings, and governance reviews.
• Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage scope changes, change requests, priorities, and project expectations. Coordinate Salesforce releases, testing, UAT, deployment, and production transition.
• Ensure project documentation, status reports, RAID logs, project plans, and governance artifacts are maintained.
• Work closely with Salesforce technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices. Manage project budgets, resource utilization, capacity, and delivery metrics.
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Support estimation, proposal development, solution discussions, and presales activities when required.
• Ensure adherence to organizational delivery standards, quality processes, and client governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of Salesforce delivery.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience managing Salesforce projects.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or managed services projects.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including areas such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud. Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment processes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience working with distributed delivery teams. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and dependencies. Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, financial tracking, and resource management. Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or relevant Salesforce certification. PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification.
• Experience working with global clients and distributed teams. Experience in presales, RFP responses, estimation, and solution discussions.
• Experience managing large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
