Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a Salesforce Lead to drive large-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple Indian locations including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Delhi NCR, Bhubaneswar and Pune. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce expertise and strong leadership to design, implement and mentor teams on Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and integrations.

• Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.

• Experience with Territory Management and Salesforce Maps.
• Knowledge of SFMC/Pardot and Community/Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, flows, custom metadata and integrations.
• Client-facing experience with requirement gathering, solution design, troubleshooting and RCA.
• Experience leading large-scale Salesforce projects and mentoring teams.
