Job summary

Cerebra, based in Bengaluru, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and lead development, configuration, and integration efforts on Service Cloud projects.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of Salesforce experience, strong HTML/CSS/JS skills, and hands-on work with LWC, Apex, and integrations via SOAP/REST/Bulk APIs. Knowledge of MuleSoft and Omnichannel is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builders, and point-and-click configuration.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Knowledge Management, and Omnichannel.
• Development experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, Visualforce, triggers, and Batch Apex.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using SOAP, REST, Bulk APIs, MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of Salesforce workflows, validation rules, sales processes, roles, profiles, reports, and dashboards.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, limitations, and business processes.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Good understanding of software development methodologies and software testing practices.
• Required: Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I.
• Preferred: Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, and JavaScript Developer I.
• Good to Have: Informatica with Salesforce; familiarity with test automation tools.
