Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to lead Financial Services Cloud initiatives across Noida, Bengaluru, or Pune. The role requires deep FSC expertise and a track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions.

You will design and implement FSC customizations, mentor teammates, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Strong hands-on capabilities with FSC and related Salesforce tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall Salesforce experience.
• 2+ years hands-on with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce solution architecture principles.
• Experience with Lightning framework, Apex, Visualforce.
• Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder).

Experience: 8 - 10 years

• Professional with 8+ years of overall Salesforce experience & 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation.
• Understanding of Salesforce solution architecture principles and best practices
• Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects and engagements from a technical standpoint
• In depth understanding of Financial Services Cloud Data Model, standard validations & use cases.
• Design, configure and customize the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet the specific needs of the customer.
• Analyse business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on the best practices for utilizing the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Understanding & good hands‑on Sales & Service Cloud is must.
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud certification would be preferable.
• Experience with Agentforce & Data Cloud would be an added advantage.
• Develop Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions using Lightning framework (LWC and Aura), Visual Force, and the Apex coding language
• Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization
• Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Clouds
• Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce platform
• Mentor junior team members in Salesforce best practices and Integration Technologies. Perform code reviews and technical oversight
• Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects
• Lead Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion, within our teams and with clients
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative manner both internally and with clients
• Preferred to hold Salesforce certifications Salesforce Platform Developer I / Developer II / Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and others
• Experience with deployment tools and methodologies – SFDX, Workbench, GitHub, VS Code, ANT Tool, change sets.
