Job summary

V2 Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. You will work with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), and drive integrations with Salesforce APIs across Service Cloud projects.

You will gather requirements, prepare design documents, and lead development activities, while collaborating with business and technical teams. Strong SDLC and Agile/Scrum experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce/Force.com development with SDLC exposure.
• Strong experience in Apex Triggers and Classes, Visualforce, Lightning Framework & LWC.
• Solid Salesforce configuration knowledge (Objects, Fields, Workflows, Approvals).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, Web & frontend technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery; AngularJS is a plus.
• Agile/Scrum experience; ability to handle multiple projects.
• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin) are preferred

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements, and estimate effort.
• Lead Salesforce development and configuration across Service Cloud projects.
• Design and implement solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Support UAT, resolve production issues, and coordinate releases with admins.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC), and Salesforce integrations, along with the ability to collaborate closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and estimate business and technical requirements
• Prepare project documentation including: Requirement specifications Technical and system design documents Current & future state diagrams Test cases and user manuals
• Lead Salesforce development and configuration activities across Service Cloud implementations
• Good knowledge of FSL Scheduling & Optimization and Worked on Dispatcher Console & Gantt view.
• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Support business users during UAT and resolve production issues during the warranty/support period
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators during code deployments and releases

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Expertise Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce / Force.com development with strong exposure to SDLC processes
• Strong hands-on experience in Apex Triggers & Classes, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Framework & Lightning Design System, Lightning Components & Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Solid experience in Salesforce configuration: Formulas Workflows & Approval Processes Custom Objects & Fields Sharing Rules Page Layouts, Record Types, Permission Sets Reports & Dashboards
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using Salesforce APIs Web & Frontend Technologies
• Working knowledge of: JavaScript HTML5 CSS jQuery
• Exposure to AngularJS, web services, and mobile frameworks is a plus
• Methodology & Soft Skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
