Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability.


• Develop complex solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform capabilities.


• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, enterprise platforms, and custom microservices using REST, SOAP, Event-based, and Bulk APIs.


• Optimize Apex code, queries, and integrations to efficiently manage large Sales Cloud data volumes.


• Create reusable LWCs and frameworks for sales analytics, guided selling, approval workflows, and business automation.


• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot critical production issues impacting sales operations.


• Refactor and modernize legacy Apex code and automation processes to improve scalability, reliability, and system performance.


• Prepare technical design documentation including architecture diagrams, data models, sequence diagrams, and integration specifications.


• Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and engineering standards.


• Partner with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to drive roadmap planning and platform enhancements.


• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using DevOps tools and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.


• Expertise in Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Bulk APIs, and event-driven architectures.


• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, design limitations, security models, and scalability considerations.


• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD implementation, including Copado, Jenkins, and automated deployment practices.


• Strong knowledge of scalable data models, security architecture, and enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions for sales and sales operations.


• Experience integrating Salesforce with middleware and external enterprise systems.


• Exposure to Agile/Scrum-based development methodologies.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience handling ambiguity and production escalations.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
