Job summary

Persistent is seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Business Analyst in Pune to partner with stakeholders, translate healthcare needs into clear requirements, and support Health Cloud implementations and enhancements across patient management, care coordination, and case management.

The role requires 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce BA and familiarity with Health Cloud, Flow, and related Salesforce products. Hybrid-friendly workplace with a focus on delivery and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and Flow.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security concepts.
• Requirement elicitation, user story creation, process mapping and gap analysis.
• Proficiency in functional documentation, stakeholder management and UAT planning.
• Healthcare/Life Sciences process knowledge including patient journey and care management.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory considerations.
• Exposure to EMR/EHR integrations, Data Cloud, HL7/FHIR and CSV validation is a plus.
• Certifications in Salesforce stack are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze and document business processes, use cases, and user stories.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Support Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and enhancements.
• Document healthcare workflows for patient management, care coordination, and case management.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to design scalable solutions.
• Assist with sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, demos and walkthroughs.
• Prepare functional test cases, UAT scenarios, process documentation and training materials.

The role will support Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and enhancement initiatives across patient management, care coordination, care plans, patient engagement, provider relationship management, and case management.

What You'll Do:

Expertise You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Flow.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security concepts.
• Strong skills in requirement elicitation, user story creation, process mapping, gap analysis, functional documentation, stakeholder management, and UAT planning.
• Healthcare and Life Sciences business process knowledge, including patient journey and care management workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory considerations.
• Preferred exposure to EMR/EHR integrations, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Agile/Scrum, GxP, HL7/FHIR, and CSV validation processes.
• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce AI Associate, or Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant.
