Persistent Systems in Pune is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator and Developer to support, maintain, and optimize Salesforce operations. You will handle Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations, security, and data quality while delivering scalable solutions and efficient support.

The role requires hands-on experience, production support, and expertise in LWC, Apex, Flow Builder, and Process Automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in LWC, Apex, Flow Builder, and Process Automation.
• Strong understanding of user access design including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Experience supporting production issues, root cause analysis, bug fixes, user support, and enhancements across core Sales Cloud and Service Cloud objects.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Configure and maintain Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, Quotes, Activities, Campaigns, custom objects, and relationships.
• Develop and modify validation rules, record-triggered and screen flows, approval processes, assignment rules, email alerts, formula fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Create and manage internal and partner users.
• Manage data quality through imports, updates, deduplication, and mass data operations.
• Maintain security and access controls using profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and public groups.
• Support release management, deployment validation, post-production support, case management, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, queues, escalation rules, entitlements, milestones, SLAs, and knowledge base.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator and Developer with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support, maintain, and optimize Salesforce operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of workflows, production support, maintenance, enhancement implementation, and scalable Salesforce configuration.

What You'll Do:
