Simpliigence is seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Business Analyst with 8–12 years of dedicated Salesforce experience. The role requires handling multiple Salesforce orgs and implementations, owning deliverables independently in a Senior/lead capacity, and supporting mid-to-large enterprise clients across the full lifecycle. Work Mode: Remote.

Qualificações

• Headed deliverables independently in a Senior/lead capacity.
• Experience supporting mid-to-large enterprise clients or complex, multi-department Salesforce orgs across the full implementation lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements independently.
• Create BRDs and maintain RTMs; translate requirements into FSDs and wireframes.
• Collaborate with architects on target-state design beyond handoffs.
• Act as functional bridge between business and development during build.
• Review configuration against documented requirements.
• Support release planning, UAT coordination, and go-live checklists.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare and triage issues.

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Business Analyst with 8–12 years of dedicated Salesforce experience.The ideal candidate has worked across multiple Salesforce orgs and implementations, owned deliverables independently in a Senior/lead capacity, and has hands-on experience supporting mid-to-large enterprise clients or complex, multi-department Salesforce orgs across the full implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering,Lead discovery workshops directly with business stakeholders
• Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements independently.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) Design,Contribute to solution design decisions through fit-gap analysis against Salesforce out-of-the-box capability.Translate business requirements into Functional Design Documents (FSDs), process flows, and wireframes.Collaborate with architects on target-state design - beyond simply handing off requirements.

Development Support

• Act as the functional bridge between business and development during build
• Review developer/admin configuration against documented requirements
• Clarify business logic and edge cases for the build team
• Participate in design/code walkthroughs and validate that the build matches intended business outcomes

Deployment

• Support release planning and change management activities
• Coordinate UAT cycles, manage defect triage, and drive sign-off
• Support deployment/cutover planning, including sandbox-to-production promotion, release notes, and go-live checklists

Support

• Provide post-go-live hypercare support, triaging production issues
• Distinguish configuration defects from new/enhancement requirements
• Manage the enhancement backlog and provide steady-state support and maintenance
