Job summary

August Innovate is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business needs and Salesforce capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce projects.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Experience with data migration and integration projects.
