Job summary

Element Infomatics seeks a Platform Developer II/OmniStudio Developer to lead an offshore build team and translate architecture into detailed design. You will own code quality, reviews, and deployment readiness, building complex Salesforce components and ensuring performance and governance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of Salesforce development, strong Apex/LWC/OmniStudio skills, and experience with DevOps pipelines in a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development
• Proven ability to translate architecture into low-level design
• Experience leading offshore build teams and mentoring developers

Responsibilities

• Produce LLDs, component designs and technical tasks from the architects high-level design
• Lead and mentor developers; allocate and review work
• Own code review, static analysis, unit test coverage and deployment readiness
• Build complex components (Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, Integration Procedures) where required
• Manage source control branching, CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion with DevOps
• Support performance tuning, governor-limit management and production readiness

Role summary

Leads the offshore build team, translating architecture into low-level design, enforcing coding standards and owning technical quality of every sprint deliverable.

Key responsibilities

• 8 + years of exp Produce LLDs, component designs and technical tasks from the architects HLD.
• Lead and mentor senior developers and developers; allocate and review work.
• Own code review, static analysis, unit test coverage and deployment readiness.
• Build complex components (Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, Integration Procedures) where required.
• Manage source control branching, CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion with DevOps.
• Support performance tuning, governor-limit management and production readiness.
