Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Senior Developer for Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to lead complex FSL implementations and integrations in Hyderabad. You will architect, configure, and deliver FSL components such as dispatch, service territories, and mobile flows while guiding junior developers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years focused on FSL, and hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total Salesforce development experience with at least 3 years focused on FSL implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC/Aura, Flow Builder, Process Builder.
• Proven experience configuring FSL components: service resources, skills, work types, crews, scheduling optimizer, etc.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP services and external systems.
• Good understanding of Service Cloud objects: Cases, Work Orders, Entitlements.
• Familiarity with mobile offline synchronization patterns and FSL Mobile configuration.
• Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory); FSL Consultant and/or Platform Developer II preferred.
• Experience with SFDX, unlocked packages, CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance for FSL implementations and/or customizations including systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom Lightning development.
• Prepare and present design architecture review board.
• Develop and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions including dispatch console, work rules, scheduling policies, service territories, and mobile flows.
• Participate in requirement elaboration with functional consultants and translate functional needs into technical designs.
• Support in design and build of complex Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Apex classes, triggers, and integrations aligned with best practices.
• Contribute to design reviews and peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and performance expectations.
• Estimate user stories and support sprint planning; provide regular status updates to project leadership.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge of FSL features and Salesforce releases.
