Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise Knowledge Management and AI solutions on Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to unify Salesforce Knowledge with external repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) via Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Ability to define enterprise strategy while remaining hands-on to build initial foundations.
• Strong advisory skills to guide decision-making and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of the enterprise Knowledge Management strategy within Salesforce, including governance, taxonomy, and content standards.
• Design the enterprise knowledge architecture, integrating Salesforce Knowledge with external content repositories.
• Define how Data Cloud and Agentforce will leverage enterprise knowledge to support AI-powered search, agent assistance, and automation.
• Identify high-value AI and Agentforce use cases and develop a practical implementation roadmap.
• Develop the foundational architecture and implement core Knowledge, Data Cloud, and Agentforce capabilities.
