Job summary

Heptarc is seeking a Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce experience, focusing on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Location: Bengaluru and Pune, with Work from Office/ Hybrid mode.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Service Cloud and cloud-specific implementations. Candidate should be proficient in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, REST & SOAP APIs, and GIT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce only.
• Hands on experience of Service Cloud with at least 1 end-to-end project in each of these clouds.
• Proficient in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC; familiar with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST & SOAP APIs, Governor limits, and GIT repositories.
• Knowledge of Salesforce release cycle and best coding practices; CICD tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications across Sales and Service Cloud.
• Participate in end-to-end project delivery including design, build, test and deployment.
• Ensure code quality, reviews, unit testing and peer revisions.
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features.

Proficient in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and familiar with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others), REST & SOAP APIs, Governor limits, GIT repositories, SSO, OAuth 2.0 integrations.

Should have experience of standard Salesforce OOB and customization experience, unit testing, peer revises, best coding practices

Should be well versed in Development and Deployment lifecycle with knowledge of code quality tools and CICD tools.

Must have knowledge of Salesforce release cycle and should be well updated with recent feature released.

Exposure to retail and consumer goods domain is nice to have

Service Cloud, Sales Cloud certifications are must to have
