Job summary

mindX360 is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in application development and DevOps on the Salesforce platform. The role requires proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud, as well as designing and implementing Apex, Visualforce, and LWC components.

You will work with REST, SOAP, platform events, and other integration methods, ensuring secure coding practices and CI/CD implementation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development and DevOps activities on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design, develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Triggers, Flows, Validation rules, Custom objects, metadata and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience on Salesforce Configuration & Customization using Objects, fields, record types, profiles, roles, permissions, reports and dashboards.
• Experience on Integrations between Salesforce and external applications with REST, SOAP, Platform events, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON/XML.
• Implementation knowledge on Chatbot, Case management, Einstein/Agent force, Workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Adhere to best practices in secure coding, version control and CI/CD.
• Analyze issues, provide resolution approaches and communicate updates.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.

Role Overview

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, including secure coding, version control, and CI/CD processes.
• Analyze issues and find the root cause, mitigate the issues, provide resolution approaches and implement, also make the team to understand the issues.
• Provide updates and SLA reports to the project manager as per the project timelines
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements/solutions to customer.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, utilities, and accelerators.
• Analyze, research and develop the Salesforce POCs and innovation initiatives.
• Contribute to Salesforce certification and learning programs, participate in technical trainings, technical assessments and coding exercises for new hires.
• Good to have the certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, II and Salesforce Associate / AI Associate
