Mastek, Bengaluru-based, seeks a Sr. Salesforce Engineer with solid Data Cloud and Agentforce experience. The role is based in Bengaluru with a requirement to work 3 days from the office weekly.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of Salesforce development, including Lightning Data Table solutions, REST/SOAP integrations, and strong design and coding practices.

Qualifications

The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce applications that support business processes and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• 5-6+ years of experience preferred in Salesforce platform.
• Hands on experience with Application Design and Software Development
• Demonstrates proficiency in platform and develops reusable software modules/components.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud concepts including customer data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities including Agentforce, Einstein AI, and AI-driven workflow automation.
• Actively participate in all scrum ceremonies and voice out their opinion.
• Able to analyze business requirements and come up with an implementation plan at various scales.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like GitHub, Jenkins, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Preferred:
• Experience working on Salesforce Data Cloud implementations and integrations.
• Experience leveraging Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities to improve customer servicing, operations, and business workflows.
