Persistent in Pune seeks an experienced Salesforce Dev Lead to drive Salesforce platform development, integrations, and deployment activities. You will provide technical leadership and hands-on development across Apex, LWC, and data integrations.

The role requires 5–8 years of Salesforce delivery experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver custom platform solutions. Hybrid work and exposure to cutting-edge technologies are offered.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of Salesforce development and delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or Salesforce certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce systems aligned with business requirements.
• Manage integration of Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, and triggers.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Work closely with departments and stakeholders to identify needs and develop custom platform solutions.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical blockers, and support successful deployment of Salesforce solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce systems aligned with business requirements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of Salesforce development and delivery experience.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Integration Services.
• Community Portal experience is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Aura, Visualforce, Omni Studio, Field Service Lightning, Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, Einstein Analytics, and Marketing Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
