Persistent is seeking an experienced Salesforce Development Lead in Bengaluru to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and the ability to mentor teams.

You will lead design, development, and deployment, integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Integration Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce Lightning Platform.
• Ability to lead technical implementations, mentor developers, and collaborate with client stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of security, performance, scalability, coding standards, and Salesforce best practices.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
