Persistent Systems is seeking a Salesforce Dev Lead to guide development and deployment activities, manage a team of developers, and optimize Salesforce platform solutions. The role focuses on LWC, Apex, and Integration Services with mandatory Community Portal experience.

You will lead design and development efforts, oversee integrations, and ensure successful delivery, while collaborating with business and technology teams to implement tailored Salesforce solutions and maintain platform

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of Salesforce development and delivery experience.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce LWC, Integration Services, and Apex.
• Community Portal experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT; advanced degree or Salesforce certifications preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Aura, Visualforce, OmniStudio, Field Service Lightning, Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, Einstein Analytics, and Marketing Cloud.


• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master\'s degree or Salesforce certifications are preferred.


• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
