Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking a Salesforce Development Lead to drive technical design, code reviews and sprint execution from Pune. You will lead delivery across Service Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce integrations, guiding Apex, LWC, flows, reports, and deployment activities.

The role requires 8–12 years of Salesforce experience, strong leadership, and a focus on security, performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Strong Salesforce delivery experience across Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and Integrations.
• Ability to lead teams, review code, guide delivery and maintain documentation standards.

We are seeking a Salesforce Development Lead responsible for technical design, team leadership, code reviews, configuration standards, sprint execution, and delivery across Service Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce integration use cases.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Salesforce technical design, configuration standards, code reviews, and sprint execution.
• Deliver Salesforce configuration and custom development across Service Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Experience Cloud, Case360, Customer360, Dealer360, and Vehicle360 use cases.
• Lead Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, reports, dashboards, testing, deployment support, and defect resolution.
• Ensure adherence to architecture guardrails, security, performance, quality, and documentation standards.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong Salesforce delivery experience across Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Integration Services, LWC, and Apex.
• Ability to lead development teams, review code, guide technical delivery, and maintain documentation standards.
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, deployment readiness, and quality standards.
• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
