Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with Salesforce development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong hands-on with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL and data modeling.
• Experience in API-based integrations and external AI/ML services.
• Certifications like Salesforce Platform Developer II and Data Cloud Consultant are a plus.
• Experience designing secure data models, sharing rules, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales/Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Build advanced components: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and robust data models.
• Implement AI features using Einstein, Einstein GPT, and Data Cloud.
• Integrate external AI/ML services via REST APIs.
• Design prompt-driven workflows in Salesforce Flows and ensure security.
• Collaborate with owners, analysts, solution architects, and product managers.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and Copado, and conduct code reviews.
• Write high-coverage unit tests and ensure code quality.
